I provide an integrated approach to understanding and improving mental health across the lifespan, with a special interest in the relationship between our physical and mental health behaviours, how these are shaped through developmental experiences, quality of relationships, life stages, stressful and traumatic events.

 

I support people to engage in preventative health care and early intervention, especially through my work in perinatal mental health.

My career has spanned public, private and university sectors, providing care to adolescents and adults across inpatient, community and corporate settings. This includes co developing and delivering mental health and educational treatment programs.

​In my early career, I presented at national and international conferences specific to traumatic stress, law, and mental health on the relationship between Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma exposure, and personality traits.

I have extensive experience in professional development and learning and have worked in postgraduate clinical supervision programs at Macquarie University, The University of Western Sydney, and The University of Sydney.  I also provide clinical supervision services to psychologists and other allied health professionals. ​​
