I provide an integrated approach to understanding and improving mental health across the lifespan, with a special interest in the relationship between our physical and mental health behaviours, how these are shaped through developmental experiences, quality of relationships, life stages, stressful and traumatic events.

I support people to engage in preventative health care and early intervention across the lifespan, especially through my work in perinatal mental health.

My experience in the public and private sector has allowed me to comfortably work with a broad range of people from varying backgrounds and life experiences.

My services include adults across many industries and occupations including;

  • Corporate

  • Medical

  • Legal

  • Current defence personnel

  • Aviation

  • Professional sport

My current role in public health supports the mental health of women in the perinatal stage at MotherSafe, Royal Hospital for Women.

My skills also extend to boards and committees related to governance, compliance, child protection, professional and community mental health.

My career has spanned public, private and university sectors, providing care to adolescents and adults across inpatient, community and corporate settings. This has included co developing and delivering mental health and educational treatment programs for inpatient, outpatient and community services.

In my early career, I presented at national and international conferences specific to traumatic stress, law, and mental health on the relationship between Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma exposure, and personality traits.

I have extensive experience in professional development and learning and have worked in postgraduate clinical supervision programs at Macquarie University, The University of Western Sydney, and The University of Sydney.  I also provide clinical supervision services to psychologists and other allied health professionals.
